Really long hours in summer and hardly any hours in the winter.
MANAGEMENT ARE JUST A FRIEND GROUP - if you get on with managment then great. If not you may aswell leave they do not treat you with any respect. All the managers are friends and will work to promote each other and give the best opportunities.
Management do not deal with complains in a professional manager nor do they listen to their staff when doing a “team meeting” as it is more of them just talking AT you for an hour then celebrating with pizza that conveniently arrives when anyone can ask questions.
Pay is based on age not experience so people are not rewarded for any extra responsibility they take on. Notibly Segways as an activity as there is added stress and risk for no extra reward. New staff over 21 are paid way more than staff who have been at GoApe for 2 years but are 20.
