      A couple of really good peers, who work hard and lead by example. Great snack room.

      Cons

      High turnover. Lack of space in secured space. Terrible paternity leave policy. Not much opportunity for growth.

      - Strong base salary / benefits, at least for junior positions - Flexible WFH environment, mostly good WLB - Respectful team members - Flexible management

      Cons

      - Asides from reimbursed certificate trainings, not a lot of strong growth opportunities. - Occasional and stressful crunch as deadlines approach
