      Informal atmosphere; open to suggestions; hi-energy. Frequently bring food/drinks into the office and have impromptu picnics/parties. Management is honest, concerned about employees.

      - Strong base salary / benefits, at least for junior positions - Flexible WFH environment, mostly good WLB - Respectful team members - Flexible management

      - Asides from reimbursed certificate trainings, not a lot of strong growth opportunities. - Occasional and stressful crunch as deadlines approach
