Pros
I see more pros than cons working here. In the past, I saw not up to a professional level of management and leadership, but I saw that the feedback taken from employees was worked upon and they improved. Several reviewers mentioned nepotism, but as far as I see it, all of the related people working in their positions are doing their jobs; also, ideas and critique is adequately reacted upon and dealt with. Great people to work with: ethical, professional, and smart. Leadership is humble and striving to improve. They are open, transparent and ready to admit past mistakes and fix them. Trust and freedom for employees to do the quality job. Productive working environment (physical space, equipment, team culture). The whole company is working together to make the future happen and it is exciting to see the innovation coming to real life.
Cons
Obviously, there is room to learn and improve based on past mistakes in communication and management, but I see a positive trend.
