Idealistic but immature professional environment - Anonymous employee Gnosis Employee Review

Thanks for your feedback. Gnosis believes that feedback is a powerful tool that enables us to grow and improve as an organization. We've just restructured our teams in order to be able to evaluate their performance and help them to grow. We've also put in place a continuous feedback process that encourages employees to have discussion regarding their project challenges as well as possible team conflicts. In our first year, we grew too fast and therefore lead us to an incompatibility between desired and actual position for a couple of people. We apologize for individuals bad experiences, however made our company stronger. We suggest that you use our means of communication in order to give constructive feedback, like suggestion box or employees surveys.
