GMPC is a company that is loyal to its employees. The family feeling is great, and the company gives people the flexibility and independence to be successful. The business is steady and you have people that have been here for 10 or 20 years, which gives you a great feeling of stability. Great place for people with families. Terrific work/life balance.

Sometimes people can be too independent, and you have to work to collaborate - especially between regional offices.
