Get to travel to Canada for the holiday parties. Fun group of people to work with. Good gluten-free beer.

Lots of travel in your personal car. Contract work. Taxes don't get taken out so you have to save at the end of the year. Your manager is in Canada. If you run into a problem you have no one to help you.
