Pros

Will hire or promote anyone regardless of skillset All departments are small groups with a fun atmosphere Very laid back atmosphere. Health care OK.

Cons

Company now run out of Denver co. Purposely deteriorating offices outside of that area. Promotions based on favoritism Most employees 15-40% underpaid Most managers are not qualified. Hard to get supplies, equipment if not in Denver

Pros

• Growth and Opportunity • Extremely friendly and despite remote employees and multiple offices, a very unified bunch. • They offer all kinds of payed training for those seeking it. (employees growing with company, a big deal) • Middle management went through an overhaul about a year ago, and has completely redeemed the company financially, and through proper personnel management. (i.e. encouraging as opposed to discouraging, holding people responsible for their actions, and giving praise and reward when it is deserved.) • Benefits are excellent with health, dental, and vision. • Healthy amount of vacation/sick time, and understanding management that won't punish you for life's unavoidable circumstances.

Cons

After a year, none that I'm aware of.
