      Pros

      Product and 2 weekly offs, nothing else that I can think of

      Cons

      No work culture Managers are least bothered about the employees concern and aspirations, they will fire you if you stand up against wrong C Executives are least bothered or have no idea of ground level ops HR team with no Humanity, are puppets in the hands of managers No employee benefits Positive reviews and ratings are written by HR themselves, pictures shared on job sites are just to create a bubble of employee happiness

      he company fostered a collaborative and innovative work environment, where employees were valued, and their contributions truly recognized. The leadership team, led by Kunal, is not only visionary but also genuinely cared about the growth of his employees and has a proven track record of multiple successful business and am proud to have worked with such a visionary leader.
