Pros
Good Working Environment - Employees are very friendly.
Cons
Management & Culture: The management style here is deeply problematic. There is a severe lack of accountability at the leadership level, with certain managers operating without any real oversight. Employees are held to an impossibly high standard where mistakes are not tolerated, yet the same rules simply do not apply to those in power. The culture is top-down and controlling, leaving little to no room for employees to grow, take initiative, or learn from errors. It feels less like a professional environment and more like a blame game where the ground level always loses. Leadership Gaps A significant issue is that senior leadership, including the CEO, is largely absent and disconnected from day-to-day realities. Decisions are made based on what is reported upward rather than what is actually happening on the ground. This creates an environment where the wrong people thrive and genuine performers go unrecognized. There is a clear gap between what leadership is told and what measurable outcomes actually reflect, and unfortunately, perception wins over data every time.
