      Poor management, no career progression, very poor office and old equipment, no task related challenges, not a single perk

      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with. They always made the requirements of my job very clear and were always willing to answer any questions I had. They also always listen to my ideas and made me feel heard even as an intern :)

      Cons

      Sometimes it could get busy, but that's typical agency stuff.
