If you enjoy hierarchy and fear. Come here. I actually think this starts from the top. Literally one person resigns every week. And I personally know at least 4 more who will leave within the next month. The ethos of fast moving startups that last forever are transparency, meritocracy, candidness. None of these exist here. Do yourself a favor, and do not apply here.
