      Pros

      Fantastic work culture in that you are listened to, it's diverse and people treat you with respect. You'll make lifelong friends and it's a good place to start career. Fast career growth and uncapped commission. All management actually listens to you and understands you.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance is non-existent. If you aren't billing the base is low. Managers make far less than IC's. Heavy restrictions on remote flexibility, comes from upper management.

      Pros

      - Potential to earn a lot in commissions, but the market was tough right before I left in comparison to previous years - One day a week work from home - Managers are nice people - Very close to grand central for commuters

      Cons

      -Unpredictable earnings -Very volatile market and we are outperformed by our sister brands -Burnout, the days drag and the hours are very long, and things occur out of your control your earnings -Monotonous/repetitive/boring work -The culture is toxic at times, lots of micromanagement - Some co workers hate the job and you feed off their energy
