Pros
Busy, growing, innovative, exciting place to work. Really good group of people to work with. Very family oriented. Custom solutions are sold, designed and manufactured on site it is great to see your work product come together and be put into service for your customers.
Cons
Could use some new tables and chairs and a little sprucing up.
