Pros
Pay is competitive, the option to withdraw from a Pension Plan upon retirement along with a 401K, the options of companies that cater food for lunch, the vendors that offer products on Fridays, the discounts and drawings for sport event tickets, fairly flexible work schedule, company location is great and provides many shopping/eating options.
Cons
Health insurance is mediocre...great coverage but $2,000 deductible is too high, expensive dental insurance, parking is lacking due to too many employees and not enough spaces, the match the employer contributes to 401K is low.
