Pros

- Hours were very manageable. - The workload was never tough, just tedious. - Supervisors are very understanding & accommodating of problems or issues you might have throughout the work day.

Cons

- Outbound calls, so customers can often answer pretty upset. - Management was constantly changing rules & information. - You have to make a certain amount of calls per hour or else you'll get reprimanded regardless of the circumstances.

Vague management. Target individuals if results are not made even though it’s vague.
