      Pros

      Remote work option. Good medical benefits when you are allowed time to use them. For the most part, the development team I worked with were great people.

      Cons

      Unorganized in the agile or waterfall processes. Unorganized in SDLC. Very little ability to institute change. High stress and High work environment. Not enough resources are available to meet the business needs.

      Supportive leadership, positive culture, flexibility, growth opportunities, strong training programs.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
