I personally don't have any pros about this company

Cons

40 minute lunch breaks, low pay rates, must work in office, dealing with highly upset customers on a daily basis. Can't go out of a 4 minute call handle time.

They had a benefits package. They had some company competitions

Cons

Vague management. Target individuals if results are not made even though it’s vague.
