      Pros

      Excellent retirement benefits, work-life balance, annual salary raises, flexible work (remote or hybrid available), stable company. It's also beginning to come to terms with some needed modernization and trying to execute it.

      Cons

      Terrible health benefits. Culture makes it difficult to be proactive. A lot of people just nodding along during meetings and collecting their paycheck, getting involved with improvement efforts as little as possible.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
