Pros

I am able to work from home and its a position that I dont take home with me. When I am done for the day, I dont have to keep thinking about it.

Cons

very micromanaged position where you are only met with the negatives of your performance. Very little room for growth and the work culture is incredibly toxic. Completely unprofessional and upper management is so condescending, which just adds to the downward morale.

Vague management. Target individuals if results are not made even though it’s vague.
