      Pros

      The PTO system is great and no problem getting time off for salary positions. The pay is competitive for my field. They really want you to learn and grow so the learning team is always holding seminars for your personal growth.

      Cons

      Since the industry is very regulated, some projects progress very slow which can be frustrating for some. The health insurance and benefits are subpar.

      Supportive leadership, positive culture, flexibility, growth opportunities, strong training programs.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be fast-paced at times, especially during periods of growth, but leadership provides the resources and support needed to be successful.
