Pros
Training compensatinon pay is outstanding. Exelent trainers and managers to help with needs as they arise. Very laid back atmosphere while still keeping with the office environment. No pressure to "sell, sell, sell!", no cold calling, just contact current insuranc applicants and help to complete their application forms. Steady hours, no bidding for shifts, weekends and PAID holidays.
Cons
Implemented a new adhearance policy, makes researching/documenting phone information more difficult. Also the "occorance" policy is too strict. You could easily have 4 occorances for the month, causing a write-up, in as little as 2 days. I believe the occurances for adhearance to on the phone time could be averaged over the week. EVERYONE has a bad day from time to time, this would allow the represenative to compensate for such an event.
