Pros

The location is good. Very convenient and clean office. People are most nice there. If you are lucky enough to have a good supervisor, it would be ok to work there.

Cons

The management is not open to new ideas and push you to do all the crap they don't want to do. You would have to do more jobs than those they mentioned in interview. The management go home on time but you would have to squeeze your time doing all the miscellaneous jobs and they ask you to have your jobs ready whenever they need it.

Pros

Since it is a small, but growing company, there is always something new to learn. There are a lot of opportunities for individual growth. Benefits are good, and I think we've done a good job of making them even better in recent years. I like the people I work with - management does a great job of always being available for their employees, and they also want to see everyone succeed.

Cons

Communication from upper management needs improvement. We need to find better ways to keep all employees updated on the company's current status on a regular basis.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and learning. Teams do lunches, happy hours, and even sporting events for team building exercises. Competitive salary and bonuses, strong benefits packages and job perks such has free gym membership and WFH flexibility. The management cares about employees and do their best to implement policies and programs to improve overall happiness.

Cons

As with many small to medium companies most people are really busy and juggling multiple projects. This can be challenging but it does promote learning, efficiency and automation whenever possible.
