8yI do not believe you wrote this review on the right company.... There are several Staffing companies that I have found with Global as their first name if you google it.
I would like to notate a couple of facts to ensure this is not Gloablpundits, Inc. located in Lexington, SC.
1. We work hard to give the employee a good level of service and respect.
2. We do not and have not had a Senior Recruiter out of Charleston, SC that has been employed with us for more than 3 years on our payroll.
3. As an internal employee at the Corporate office & the HR Coordinator since June 2016 with Globalpundits, being racist is definitely NOT one thing that this company is. We are a 100% Minority-Owned certified company.
4. While 99% of staffing companies are fast-paced and stressful, Globalpundits works to hire employees that will show up, perform well and stay. It is a stressful work environment at times as we hire high level IT & Engineering professionals. It's not going to be the right place for everyone.
