The people you work with are really great at what they do and there is always good communication among teams which helps you get good quality work done quickly. Very friendly people and the CEO is nice and actually cares about what everyone has to say.
Cons
The team can be spread out thin sometimes all over the country so it makes collaborating difficult sometimes.
