If you want to risk getting fired at any moment, I suggest you avoid this organization. They offer zero benefits to employees and primarily hire Indian workers to cut costs. However, when it's time to pay, they often run short on funds and will dismiss you without consulting your teammates, opting instead to talk to people from different departments. Office politics is rampant here. Management may also reduce your salary, even if it was clearly stated in your offer letter. Unfortunately, this is the harsh reality of this so-called company.
