      Great pay and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Good as a stepping stone. wouldn't stay there for longer than 2 years. Managers can be less professional when they want to get things done.

      I really don't see much of a downside becasue the upside possibilities for advancement far out weigh any small downside that there might be.
