Fantastic Environment - Technical Support Representative Globalive Employee Review

During my employment with Globalive they grew very fast and it was an amazing dynamic environment to work in. We always had new projects on the go and exciting people to work with.

At times I felt the company lacked a strategic direction. I also found at times upper management left employees in the dark regarding to what is expected down the road. I believe this is because of how fast our objectives were changing.

I worked for a company that Globalive purchased. First thing they did was let everyone who made $100K an up go, which was a positive since the company was too small to support the top heavy structure. The company I worked for became better managed or more professionally managed, not sure if this was a pro or con since previously at staff level there was a feeling of family amongst the staff.

Globalive unilaterally imposed new salary conditions on remaining employees bringing down top staff salaries to $80K per year
