Awful outdated method of management in AIr Freight Department with incompetent and 2 bully managers. They can easily accuse you guilty for operational problems without proper investigation. Although Often these problems are not due to bad performance of employees, still the only approach they are capable of is to make employees guilty for everything that happens.

Absolutely incompetent management in the department. Use threats to press employees and often harass and insult personally

No micromanagement, opportunity to gain experience and learn from your colleagues

Location, salaries, poor management, old fashioned management, not much benefits for employees and their growth, no trainings, not much team activity only work work work whole year, no diversity only Indians and Pakistan
