I have worked for a few companies and I have never had a company care so much about my personal life as much as my professional growth. I have been working for GWM for almost a year and I already feel like family. The executive team are really amazing and care about each employee individually. I love that it is a family ran company and they make family life just as important as work.

- Can use some more structure to hold employees accountable to achieve objectives, and goals. - Decisions sometimes made without feedback from all decision makers that affect employees day to day - Biased favoritism towards employees
