      Pros

      Canteen facility is available but not that good.

      Cons

      Management is very bad, they give night shift only, alternate shifts not available. Salary is very low even after 1 years of service... hike is very low as per market standards.

      Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

      Cons

      Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.
