Nothing at all, its a hopeless place.

this company is forever hiring for the same roles, they have a hire and fire bad attitude, they have no process, low pay, no appraisals for the last 3 years, search some common titles on linkedin with this company name you will see people work here for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months less than a year ... people either run away or are fired ... they do not access you on your work but rather on "being a yes sir" man ... the ones in this company at management level across departments are here for 10 12 15 20 years and this lot is not welcoming to new modern corporate and correct methods ... this is a family run business
