Pros

As a whole the company seems to care about their employees. Vacation accrues at 3 days a month, more or less based on band. We get 10 paid holidays, and are able to either take the holiday pay, or bank the time for PTO. Two 24 hour paid. flex days are also offered, as well as 80 hours of wellness time that is given upon hiring and refreshed on Jan 1st. The company generally encourages you to use all of this, and it has never affected my performance review (as best I can tell.)lol Health care plan is better than most places with paid maternal and paternal leave. 401k matching up to 6% and other fringe benefits like gym reimbursement, discount on several major car brands below MSRP since we make their chips.

Cons

The senior leadership team may not have an aggressive view for the company’s future

Pros

Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

Cons

There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

Pros

Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

Cons

If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
