      Pros

      coworkers are nice. Equipment is advanced. The cafeteria is pretty good.

      Cons

      Managers ask you to do things and ask how you did it, but can't really guide you because they never knew themselves how to do it. A Chemistry major manager can't manage the work in EE field. An associate degree manager can't guide the work which need graduate degree knowledge. But they have the power to let the right field engineer leave. Completely upside down organization. The best people are at the bottom.

      Pros

      Very supportive team and management to work with from the beginning. Many training classes need to be taken in moving forward to align with the company policies and technical procedures. Good benefits and competitive salary. Have a very positive plan for long term career and educational support tuition. The interview and hiring process are long but informative and responded promptly.

      Cons

      There are many training classes to take so it may put more stress on a new hire if you do not have a good plan.

      Everyone is willing to help and the training is actually good training

      Cons

      If I didn’t know someone that worked since I was going to overnights I didn’t really meet anyone on my team except my manager once. Also I wouldn’t know who to reach out like manger wise if I didn’t know someone who already worked here
