      - Great benefits - Great compensation - most managers are there to help you out and understand what your tasks - Always challenging and something new happens everyday.

      Cons

      - not the best in communication between day and night shifts. - uses a lot of contractor companies instead of hiring people that are qualified to complete the job at hand.
