When I started, there were about 60 employees. Three years later, about 5 of them were left. Every single person in a management position was gone over that time. Every single new manager followed in the footsteps of their predecessors and made the exact same mistakes.
Over those years, no one person in my department got a raise or felt like there was anyway to advance to a better position.
Management would constantly make decisions without having enough information to make them and refused to listen to people that had that information.
