Great culture- company hosts wellness events, friendly competitions, organizes sports teams, provides on-site nutrition counseling, healthy snacks, and a relaxed dress code. Management is extremely approachable and understanding. Largely a millennial population of health conscious people who truly live the company's mission. Management offers extra responsibility to dedicated performers.
Cons
Departments are currently split into separate areas of the offices, making it difficult to learn from or get to know the people not in yours.
