      Pros

      Good company for learning for a fresher. If you get a good team then you can survive.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Career growth is bad, no regards for right work force No balance in salary structure across different designation. It is very much possible that a Senior Analyst would be earning less than an Analyst Lack of positive attitude from the Management, which is very biased. Lack of proper direction

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
