      Brilliant editorial team who have great experience Nice office

      Cons

      Management is constantly changing their mind about editorial plans, leaving staff unsure about where they stand. No meaningful investment in staff, senior leadership only appears to care about the immediate bottom line. Failure to deliver on promises around future benefits and opportunities. Company regularly delivers redundancies in the editorial department.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
