Pros

Interesting clients and good pharma product. All the other products sucked when I was there

Cons

Toxic workplace, intense micromanagement from the top down, massive territory mismanagement. Grossly underpaid staff. They very much had a “let them eat pizza mentality” with pizza on Thursdays. Sexist work culture. The company actually hired a manager who got fired from main competitor for sexual harassment. The same employee engaged in similar behavior at GlobalData.

Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
