      20 vacation days Decent incentives (half days, cash prizes, etc) Laid back work environment Lots of young people Opportunities to advance

      Salary is way to low for San Francisco Not sure where US office is headed in the future Relatively difficult product to sell Steep learning curve

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
