You will be rewarded for truly being a snake and letting your personality run rampant! Their last manager hire was a former employee who was caught committing fraud and still kept on. He's actually one of the ones with more integrity. You are rewarded for stealing accounts. You're never punished for breaking the rules. Everything is a competition- whoever is willing to cut the realationship at the drop of a hat faster wins. Want cherry accounts? Have a foot out the door on day 1 and make it obvious.
