      Opportunity to work within many different verticals.

      Cons

      The team would use unethical techniques to sell the SaaS products. It was often the case where sales would get the deal over the line no matter what - letting customer success deal with the aftermath. Micromanaging was rife and this created quite a toxic culture.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
