      There is none, if you like chop shops and poor leadership then GlobalData is for you!

      Cons

      Terrible product, Bad leadership and management, the president is low-morale and the numbers are never good enough, They do not care about your development and they will burn you out extremely fast!

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
