Worst company to work for - Sales Executive GlobalData Employee Review

Where do I start? Working culture is absolutely awful. A lot of micromanagement. Office itself was incredibly old. No lifts (there was a pregnant woman who had to walk up 3 flights of stairs because they haven't bothered to fix the lifts). No air conditioning, no perks at all. Bad salary. They get rid of people without helping them to grow, and don't communicate areas of improvement, especially within the sales function. Also, one of the reasons for me to leave is that one of my colleagues was openly homophobic, an issue that HR completely dismissed and asked to "move on" after I raised the issue. As an openly gay man, this is utterly disgusting behaviour. DO NOT WORK HERE AT ALL.
