      Pros

      There are some terrific analysts on the team, intelligent, well-spoken, resourceful.

      Cons

      No visibility on upward progression, promises around promotion/salary/visa support are often broken, no HR infrastructure in US, IT support also limited for size of organization and more interest in bells and whistles of new platforms and services than in the quality/accuracy of the content.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
