      Pros

      - good commission structure - great incentives - fast paced environment - good place to start for those beginning their sales career

      Cons

      - very low holiday allowance - no possibility to occasionally work from home - it's not an environment for everyone- it can get very rowdy and chaotic. some people might thrive in it, some people might hate it.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Cons

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
