      Pros

      Have worked for other research companies, I can say with experience this is a terrific company. The company is growing faster than similar firms and achieving great success. GlobalData is disruptor in the information industry, through unique acquisitions and client-focused organic expansion. I am a remote employee on the west coast and very glad I joined.

      I have had a very positive experience and do not have any comment to make here.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
