Some editorial colleagues were competent and a pleasure to work with.

From publisher, to chief editor, to sales team...some of the most incompetent and horrible people you will ever have the misfortune of working with. Management seem proud of a ridiculously high turnover of staff - at a meeting, senior management told me that only 10% of staff stay on longer than one year and they were happy with that. Bullying by senior editorial staff and sales staff completely ignored by management and HR seemed powerless or unwilling to deal with it. Extreme dishonesty by management at interview stage re. what the job will involve and associated responsibilities. Extremely low salaries. Sales staff lying to potential customers.
