      Pros

      It'll help freshers and interns to startup a career in an IT company. Nice to work with such a company. It have well enough planned leaves. Nice to have Bonus every year and annual day event every year.

      Cons

      Its all about Employee benefits, differences between a senior employees and a fresh graduate (MBA) salaries. Also there are hikes of only in hundreds of bucks Ashamed of its high profits and less benefits to employees who are working hard. Also working in weekends and holidays for company's growth, but nothing coming in the way of employee. Even food at that time. It also have some internal hikes for relatives or friends with in the group when higher management recommended a person personally.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
